The MCE trade show, which ended recently in Milan, is confirmed as being one of the most important appointments in the sector, with more than 2400 exhibitors and 162,000 visitors from all over the world.

Even the balance of our participation was undoubtedly positive, with plenty of visitors who came to our stand. We very gladly presented the latest Calpeda production novelties to them, including e-idos, a new line of energy efficient products that received great interest.

These plug-and-play solutions have a compact design, and can guarantee safety and 24% less energy consumption compared to a standard pump.

What philosophy lies at the roots of these products? Strong integration certainly, because the hydraulic part, the motor and the electronics are designed together as a single unit to reach maximum performance. More than a simple pump, we can in fact talk about a booster system with integrated pressure control, easy to install and ready to use.

The motor, high efficiency asynchronous single-phase motor, is an absolute world novelty; in addition, a programmable software makes it possible to choose the restart pressure and control different parameters, among which the motor power, voltage and current. There are currently two versions of the system: with LED analogic interface from which the forward pressure can be varied, or with interface with LCD screen for programming all the different function parameters.
